The following regulations have been issued by: Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts, a brand established by Kim Sa Tourism Trade Investment Company Limited and managed by Dong Tay Hospitality Joint Stock Company, a member of Dong Tay Group (hereinafter referred to as “Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts”) to ensure safety, stability and protect the interests of Customers. These regulations will be strictly implemented by the entire Management Board and staff of the Hotel branded Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts. Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts wants Customers to enjoy the facilities, services and benefits of the Hotels. Accordingly, Customers need to clearly understand and comply with the General Regulations (“QDC”) to ensure that guests receive the best experience of the Hotel Services.

This Circular may be amended and supplemented at any time according to the decision of Dong Tay Hospitality Joint Stock Company to improve the quality of Services and Customer experience and is posted on the official website of Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts at the address https://ww.lepalmier.vn  (Hereinafter referred to as “Website”).

V. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. Customers must present one of the legal documents showing personal identification information as required by law when checking in.
  2. Customers are not allowed to bring into the hotel weapons, radioactive substances, toxic substances, flammable and explosive substances, pets, strong-smelling fruits and other prohibited items according to the law or local government regulations.
  3. All forms of gambling and drug use are strictly prohibited in the Hotel area. In case of violation, the Customer shall be fully responsible before the laws of Vietnam and the Hotel.
  4. Guests are not allowed to cook or smoke in bedrooms or public areas except in the smoking area.
  5. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If guests check in earlier or check out later than the above times, they will have to pay the corresponding additional charges according to the hotel's regulations.
  6. Upon check-in, please check the quantity and condition of the property in the room according to the "List of property in the guest room". If there is not enough or in a damaged state, please notify the Reception immediately, and will be fully responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the process.

  17. Do not bring food, drinks, fruits, strong-smelling foods (durian, jackfruit, fish sauce, etc.) into the hotel room.
  18. Guests are requested to comply with the swimming pool operating hours at the facility (which may change depending on the nature of the weather and the season of the year). Guests using the swimming pool before and after the operating hours (different facilities may have different closing/opening times depending on the geography/season) must ensure and be responsible for their own health and safety without any complaints to the Hotel.
  19. Guests are requested to dress appropriately when in the common areas of the Hotel, especially in public areas such as the lobby, restaurant, etc. to show respect for other cultures. Guests are absolutely not allowed to be nude, including children.
  20. Carry out other procedures as prescribed by Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts and local accommodation management authorities at each time (if any).
  21. The Hotel Management may require Guests to leave the Hotel without any refund of any costs for Guests who deliberately ignore and violate the Hotel's rules and regulations.
  22. Noise regulations: after 22:00, Guests are not allowed to turn on the TV, music on speakers with too loud volume or talk too loudly to ensure public order. Noise will be considered excessive when Hotel Guests feel annoyed or uncomfortable.
  23. Carry out other procedures as prescribed by Le Palmier Hotels & Resorts from time to time (if any).
